Refund and Return Policy
At KRNJI, we aim to deliver curated, high-quality products. If you are not satisfied, we offer a limited return policy.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased during sale (if applicable)

Refunds
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share images for verification
Exceptions:
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
